To protect the environment we provide 2 sets of towels for your stay in Studio. Housekeeping service during your stay in Studio is on request at additional fee.
Additional bed in standard and superior rooms 150 PLN/ night.
Additional person in studio 150 PLN/ night (max. 1 person).
Sweet breakfast included – for direct reservations only.
All prices include 8 % of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Arrivals
Our policy is to welcome our guests personally. So that we are well prepared and able to give you our time, we ask you to inform our staff about your arrival time. In case you arrive before our scheduled check-in time your luggage may be kept till your room is ready.
Smoking
For security and other guests comfort smoking is not allowed in any part of the house.

Cancellations/Prepayment
We kindly ask you to bear in mind that due to the family concept of Cracowdays, and the limited number of rooms, alterations and cancellations, can affect us significantly. Thus we feel ourselves obliged to add the following guidelines:
If a cancellation is made:
2 days or more prior to arrival, then no fee is charged; less than 2 days prior to arrival, then the total amount of the deposit will be charged to the card supplied at the time of booking. For longer stays /more that 6 days/ if a cancellation is made: 14 days or more prior to arrival, then no fee is charged, less than 14 days prior to arrival, then the total amount of the deposit will be charged to the card supplied at the time of booking
Last/ first minute/non-refundable reservation:
In cases of cancellation there is no refund.
